THE DADADANDY
The new refreshing drink from Dadadandy and Hendrick's Gin.

Designed in collaboration with Louis Lewis-Smith of Hendrick's Gin.
The Dadadandy was launched at Selfridges on the 31/03/07 and is
now available from selected hot spots throughout the world.

Print the recipe below, present it to your barman and enjoy!

 

 

 

 

Ingredients:

50ml Hendrick's gin
20ml St Germain elderflower liqueur
5ml La Fée absinthe
25ml fresh lemon juice
soda

Method:

Wash a hi-ball glass with absinthe and discard. Fill glass with cubed ice. Shake Hendricks,
lemon & St Germain with ice and strain into glass. Top with soda. Garnish with cucumber sliver.
